Post Card Redemption

Collectors are invited to submit the post card found in each box of Sportkings Series B to participate in this special redemption.

Open a Sportkings Series B box, mail the self addressed post card and become eligible to receive one of ten special cards from the checklist below. There are a total of 10 special cards; each card is a unique 1/1.

Post Card Redemptions are two-sided Game-Used Memorabilia Cards featuring large pieces of game-used memorabilia from both Sport Kings.

Post Card Redemption Rules

1. The redemption is open to residents of the United States and Canada. In order to be eligible, all required information on the post card must be completed and mailed to:

2. The redemption card must be accepted as rewarded. Substitutions are not available.

3. Redemption cards are limited to the checklist above.

4. Ten redemptions will take place. The redemptions will start in September 2008 and continue with the last redemption taking place in June 2009.

5. Collectors whose post cards have been redeemed will be notified by email.

6. Acceptance of a post card constitutes consent to use your name and likeness for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes.

7. Value of redemption cards may vary.

8. Post cards that are lost, late, misdirected, destroyed, postage due, or received incomplete --for any reason-- will not be eligible.

9. Odds of receiving a redemption card will depend on the number of completed post cards received. Redemptions will be picked at random.

10. All post cards become the sole property of Sport Kings LP and will not be returned.

11. Sport Kings LP reserves the right to change, withdraw or terminate this redemption at any time without prior notice.

12. Sport Kings LP may use, from time to time, the information gathered from the post cards to contact the provider. Information provided on the post cards will not be sold, offered or made available to any third party organizations under any circumstances.

13. Sport Kings LP will treat all information in accordance with relevant privacy laws. All personal information provided in connection with the post card be kept confidential.

14. By submitting the post card, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for the purposes described herein.

15. The post card redemption is subject to all federal, state, local, and provincial laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
